Purpose for Professional Learning
It can be easy to upset the people in our circle of influence due to a lack of communication. Over time, we develop habits of how we express ourselves, and all too often it can make others feel unimportant and greatly diminish their confidence. It's not intentional but no one gave us the tools to learn how to do it any other way. Learning the tools for self-awreness and effective communicaiton are the first steps to address any difficult behavioral situation.
In this professional learning environment, leaders can expect to gain deeper insight on the following topics:
Communicating without being harmful or passive-aggressive
Asking for what you need from others in a way that doesn't make them feel attacked
Setting boundaries with those who overstep their bounds with you or those closest to you
-
Create unbreakable bonds between human hearts.
-
Love the difference in the people that surround us.
-
Align our intention and behavior.
