Professional Learning

It can be easy to hurt the people we love purely due to a lack of communication. Over time, we develop habits of how we express ourselves, and all too often it can make our loved ones feel unimportant and greatly diminish their confidence. It's not usually intentional but no one gave us the tools to do it any other way. Learn how you can use communication as a tool to address difficult situations.

The Community Organization Professional Learning is designed comprehensively to include:

  • Family Members

  • Faith-Based Communities

  • Non-Profit Communities

  • Informal Community Leaders

In this professional learning training, members can expect to gain further insight on the following topics:

  • Communicate without being hurtful or passive-aggressive

  • Ask for what you need from others in a way that doesn't make them feel attacked

  • Set boundaries with those who overstep their bounds with you or those closest to you

  • Create unbreakable bonds between human hearts.

  • Love the difference in the people that surround us.

  • Align our intention and behavior.
