Professional Learning - Students

Cliques, bullies, and hiding behind social media are all a consequence of judging others based on our own filters.

Without an understanding and appreciation of the differences in our behavioral tendencies, many times it leads to a reaction that can cause irreparable relationship damage.

But it doesn't have to be that way! Students and staff start to see each other as human beings rather than as an object, a job role, or a social status.

This Professional Learning training is designed comprehensively to include students, staff & community, and leaders.

Through my guidance, attendees of this professional learning training can gain the following skills:

  • Learn how to interact with each other based on mutual respect and understanding

  • Grow strong and resilient relationships over time

  • Improve classroom and school culture to reflect positivity

  • Increase in confidence & ownership.

  • An accepting culture & reduced isolation.

  • More collaboration & creativity.

What People Are Saying

“You made me strive to be better and do good. Thank you for coming to my school. I will take this with me my whole life. You made me feel that I could do better with everything. You have helped me. Thank you for your dedication to teaching students about leadership. You helped me realize what I do good and bad without realizing it. I am going to strive to do better in school. I wish I would have learned how to deal with bullying before. I have been told I was ugly, fat, and everything bad from third to sixth grade. Thank you, now I know how to deal with it and the impact on my life from the last 3 days.”

I enjoyed her hands-on interaction, it is something that will stick with me. Thank you for having her speak today!”
